Service Agreement & Terms of Service

Client accepts service with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

Service

  1. Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to the agreed times and locations. Additional stops may be performed at the discretion of the driver and will incur additional fees.
  2. Client shall not exceed the number of passengers agreed to.
  3. Minor passengers must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. Driver will wait a maximum of twenty minutes beyond the agreed time before departing from each stop. Additional charges may incur for delays beyond 20 minutes. 

Payment

  1. Client agrees to pay for services promptly and in advance.
  2. Refunds, minus electronic payment fees, are available up to 24 hours prior to scheduled transfer.
  3. A $50 fee will apply for returned checks.
  4. Mardi Gras weekend through Mardi Gras day reservations are a special rate and require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

Vehicle Rules

  1. No food or beverage is to be consumed in the vehicle.
  2. No smoking or vaping is allowed in vehicle.
  3. The use, possession, or transportation of any drug, chemical or other substance in violation of the law is prohibited in the vehicle.
  4.  Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle stemming from their actions or the actions of their guests, including but not limited to rips, spills, burns, damage to glass or panels on the interior or exterior of the vehicle. There is a minimum charge of $150 to clean any spillage; a fee of $300 will be incurred if there is any vomiting in or on the vehicle.

Liability

  1. Client understands and accepts that Acts of God, traffic and severe weather conditions delay travel. There may be unexpected vehicle breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of company, for which the company shall not be liable. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle.
  2. Neither the company, its agents nor employees shall be liable for any personal property of the client or client’s guests.
  3. Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence of the company, its agents or employees, client hereby waives any and all claims against the company, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages, to client’s person or property from whatever cause. In addition, client waives any right of subrogation with regard to the same.
